Houston Texans center suffers ankle injury
HOUSTON — Houston Texans starting center Chris Myers left Tuesday morning’s practice with what appeared to be an ankle injury.
The 6-4, 299-pound fifth-year player from the University of Miami was taken off the field on a cart.
Myers, who started all 16 games last year after coming over in a trade with Denver, suffered the injury early in what coach Gary Kubiak termed a “sloppy” practice. The coach said it wasn’t know how bad the injury was.
