Holy Cross beats Harvard 27-20 to stay unbeaten
WORCESTER, Mass. — Dominic Randolph accounted for three touchdowns to lead Holy Cross to a 27-20 win over Harvard on Saturday.
Randolph completed 25 of 39 passes for 293 yards and two touchdowns, and ran for another. Holy Cross (3-0) was held to only 79 yards rushing, but Randolph led the team with 41 yards.
Randolph has passed for 981 yards and six touchdowns in three games with two interceptions. He is the Patriot League career leader in passing yards.
Harvard (0-1) lost for only the third time in last 13 games in the series, and the last three meetings have been decided by a total of 11 points.
Collier Winters passed for 195 yards and two touchdowns for Harvard, and Gino Gordon scored on a 5-yard touchdown catch and a 2-yard run.
