Omaha: Thunder Collins was sentenced to a life in prison along with an additional 110 years by the Douglas County District Court jury on the charges of murder of a man and the attempted murder of another and two weapons charges. The police believe that the murder had stemmed from a bungled drug deal. After the sentence had been pronounced, Thunder Collins came out with a shocking revelation. He said what he had refused to say throughout the trial despite constant urging: he named the person who had actually pulled the trigger that had killed the person.

After the jury had pronounced the sentence on Thunder Collins, he said that he had been foolish to protect Amhad Johnson, the man who had actually killed Timothy Thomas and injured Marshall Turner. He said that he had not wanted to speak about it earlier as he had not wanted to sneak on his friend. He said that he did not feel any remorse for the incident although he apologized to the family of the murdered man. He further said that though Thunder Collins was sentenced to a life in prison, he had no intention of letting it lie that way. He promised that he would move court for trial and that he would be out a free man before long.

Thunder Collins was sentenced to a life in prison for the murder of Timothy Thomas and for gravely injuring another man from California, Marshall Turner. The police believe that the man had been killed because of some dispute over a drug deal. However, he did not show any remorse for what had happened and steadfastly maintained that he had not committed the crime.
