LONDON - Seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher feels ‘fully charged’ as the new Formula One campaign approaches.

With the Bahrain Grand Prix just eight days away, Schumacher said: “I can hardly wait for the season to get under way.”

The Mercedes star, back after three years in retirement, said: “I feel fresher than I have for many years.”

“I am perfectly prepared physically and most importantly my energy is back completely,” The Sun quoted Schumacher, as saying.

“When I retired in 2006, my batteries were empty. Now they are totally recharged and I am ready for the challenge,” he added. (ANI)
