CHICAGO (GaeaTimes.com)- Kosuke Fukudome who happens to be a Chicago Cubs outfielder said that he is shocked at the incident of Carlos Zambrano. The outfielder also underlined the fact that in his entire career he has never witnessed anything so “disturbing” as Carlos Zambrano’s outburst against his teammate Derrek Lee during the match against Chicago White Sox on Friday.

Kosuke Fukudome admitted that team mates often exchange abusive words out of sheer frustration but Carlos Zambrano’s behavior was “off-limits” and certainly “intolerable.” He also said that such an incident has never happened in Japan and that Carlos Zambrano’s case only proves that everyone out there is “playing it real hard.” On the other hand, the repeat offender Carlos Zambrano has lost his spot in Chicago Cubs rotation following his “unprofessional behavior ” on the grounds. The team has also issued suspension orders for Carlos Zambrano for an indefinite period of time. Assistant general manager Randy Bush said that the club has already issued a letter to the league authorities and are waiting for their reply to proceed with the matter. Team manager Lou Piniella said that it would have been wise for Carlos Zambrano and the team if the pitcher would have addressed the issue off the ground and in a private discussion.

Randy Bush said that he is “disappointed” with Carlos Zambrano and prays that he gets some time to think over what he has done so that such tantrums can be avoided in the future. It was said that Carlos Zambrano had gone for a dinner along with White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen who had asked Carlos Zambrano to face the situation “like a man” which has again angered all his Chicago Cubs team members.
