Chris Hoy Bagged Gold to Qualify for Olympics 2012

NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — Olympic champion Chris Hoy bagged another gold at the track World Cup event in keirin section in Melbourne. On the contrary Victoria Pendleton won the silver in the sprints.

On day two of competition - where vital qualification points for the 2012 Olympics can be gained - Pendleton was second to Australia’s Anna Meares.

Olympic champion Pendleton also took silver, with Jess Varnish, for Great Britain in the team event on Thursday.
