MANAMA - Jeev Milkha Singh finished in a tie for 63rd place with a one-under 71, that saw him finish at two-under 286 at the Volvo Golf Champions in Bahrain.

The title went to England’s Paul Casey who putted a six-footer to beat Peter Hanson and Miguel Angel Jimenez by one shot. It was Casey’s first win in more than a year and a half. He shot a four under par 68 and 20-under total 268.

Hanson hit off the tee and into the rough from where he went to sand. He reached the green and then missed a ten feet putt for par. Casey also went into the rough, but came back to the green in three and putted from six feet for a par.

Hanson’s bogey saw him finish second with Miguel Angel Jimnez.
