World cup boosts Cricket merchandise sales in India

LUDHIANA - World Cup fever has boosted the sales of cricket merchandise in India.

The owner of Ankita Impex, Arun Dhand said, for the last three onths they have been engaged in manufacturing T-shirts

“Pantaloons, which has the official rights of selling these T-shirts has given us the order of manufacturing around 50,000 T-shirts of all the countries. Besides that they have given us order to manufacture one lakh Number 10 T-SHIRTs. In total, they have given us an order of 1.5 lakh pieces.” Dhand said.

Sachin Tendulkar’s Number 10 T-Shirts are high in demand. (ANI)
