Patriots fan favorite Tatupu dies
BOSTON — Mosi Tatupu, one of the most popular players in New England Patriots history known for his inspired special teams play, has died.

Tatupu died Tuesday at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, hospital spokeswoman Ashley O&#8217;Brien said. He was 54. The hospital could not disclose a cause of death.

RUSTON, La. — Kyle Gibson scored 15 points, including six free throws in the final 53 seconds, to help Louisiana Tech hold off Hawaii 66-60 on Saturday night.

Gibson finished 9-for-12 from the line and the Bulldogs (20-5, 8-3 Western Athletic Conference) hit nine free throws in the last minute.
