NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com)- NCCA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) Lacrosse Championship 2010 witnessed a huge bid procured by Hofstra Prides men’s team on Sunday night. As an obvious consequence, the team shall now face the Maryland Terrapins who happen to be the 3rd seed in the NCCA Lacrosse Championship 2010. The two teams shall take on each other on May 15.

Hofstra Prides coach Seth Tierney told the media that the NCCA Lacrosse Championship 2010 which shall witness his team in the playoffs makes him a very happy man. He is proud of his boys and assures that the team shall put in their very best to make sure they can live up to the hopes and aspirations. Seth Tierney even recalled that the failure of the team at the Conference tournament has been a great push to the Hofstra Prides boys who have come out really well for the NCCA Lacrosse Championship 2010. The coach is of the opinion that all need to forget about the conference tournament and what happened there and the players should continue with their natural game. He feels that this is the best time for the team to shine at the NCCA Lacrosse Championship 2010 when the players are in their best forms.

The coach said that inspite of the fact that his team has earned the bid to the NCCA Lacrosse Championship 2010, it’s no time to celebrate.
