KENTUCKY (GaeaTimes.com)- On Wednesday, reports claimed that the Kentucky Coach John Calipari has told to a media source that he has received financial aid agreement papers signed by Terrence Jones. The player who had at the end of the last month announced that he would like to join the Washington Huskies team has reportedly signed a financial aid agreement with the Kentucky team. Terrence Jones had however only verbally committed to the Washington Huskies three weeks ago and had reportedly signed no papers as such.

Terrence Jones signing papers with the Kentucky team however comes not much as surprise as the player had previously considered Kentucky team in his list of five preferred team. He had also visited the Kentucky for recruitment but decided to join the Washington Huskies citing reason that he wanted to remain close to his home. What had led the forward player of the Jefferson High School to go for a change of mind is still not clear. However, it would be wrong to say that Terrence Jones has joined the Kentucky team for sure as he has not signed a national letter of intent with the team yet reportedly.

Terrence Jones‘ signing of the financial aid agreement does not bind him to the team fully and he can still give his decision a second thought. Many are of the view that there are still possibilities that he would reconsider his decision as Terence Jones had recently done on the matter of joining the Washington Huskies team. However, if he goes on to join the Kentucky team then he would be joining team with Brandon Knight, Stacey Poole Jr. and Doron Lamb.
