Colorado Buffaloes

BOGOTA, COLOMBIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Colorado Buffaloes finally accepted the invitation to join Pac 10 on Thursday. That makes Colorado Buffaloes to be the first addition to the Pac 10 conference after 1978 when Arizona schools had decided to join the conference. It is evident that Colorado didn’t want to miss out their chance to switch for a new conference with Pac 10 walking the formal way.

Rick Neuheisel who happens to be the coach for the UCLA (University of California) football team told the media that Colorado did the right thing by joining Pac 10. As a matter of fact, Rick Neuheisel was in the charge of Colorado way back in the year of 1995. He said that it gives him immense pleasure to witness the Colorado Buffaloes forming a part of the league. He also said he is not sure of what Nebraska has witnessed on grounds of legitimacy but if all that is being said is the truth then others are soon to follow.

It was a month ago when it was announced that Pac 10 is looking out for six Big 12 schools. Following that the the Colorado Buffaloes alumni was lobbying for Waco Texas school asking them to move ahead to supplant Colorado as the new entry on the list of invitees for Pac 10. It was a major concern for the Colorado Buffaloes who were worried about losing in a conference realignment to an in-state rival. Speaking on the chances of Colorado Buffaloes in Pac 10, Bruce Benson the president told the media that he believes that Pac 10 is a great opportunity and they want to make the very best out of this. He also said that Pac 10 is definitely the place where Colorado Buffaloes suits the frame nice and easy and he hopes for the best to come.
