Late Le Toux penalty gives Union 2-1 win

CHESTER, Pa. — Sebastien Le Toux scored on a penalty deep into stoppage time to give the Philadelphia Union a 2-1 win over Toronto FC on Saturday.

Maksim Usanov’s hand ball led to Le Toux’s goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time. He leads the Union with seven this season.

Toronto FC’s Chad Barrett tied it in the 81st minute, 20 minutes after Michael Orozco Fiscal scored on a header off Le Toux’s corner kick in the 61st.

Toronto FC had its eight-match unbeaten streak snapped. It hadn”t dropped a match since May 1. It had four wins in eight MLS games since losing at Real Salt Lake on May 1.

Philadelphia defender Jordan Harvey clanged a shot off the right post from about six yards out in the second minute of first-half stoppage time.
