Badminton Star Saina Nehwal Elated

HYDERABAD, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Saina Nehwal who is the second ranked badminton player of the world, has said that the highest point in her life is the achievement of the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award. She said in a recent interview that before this award she bagged many other honors but none of them could not make her so happy and elated. The player is in top shape now and she has won three successive tournaments namely- Indonesian Open, Singapore Open and Indian Open Grand Prix.

Badminton player Saina Nehwal made headlines when she climbed upwards to the number 2 spot. The player recently said to a media entity that she is not much bothered about her ranking but it is her priority to deliver great performance in all the upcoming tournaments. She is looking forward to the upcoming Commonwealth Games. In fact she said that she will try her level best to win the gold medal there. Last year the player was awarded the coveted Padma Shri Award. She became the first Indian player to get the top spot in the World Junior Badminton Championships. She added that her training session is going in full swing.

Badminton star Saina Nehwal said that she will give her best to the upcoming tournaments but if she falls short of the expectation she will try to accept it gracefully. Considering that this player from Hyderabad is only in her early twenties, the industry veterans are confident that she will add many more feathers to her cap in the near future.
