MARTIN COUNTY (GaeaTimes.com)- It seems that after his official divorce from his former wife Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods is gearing up to get his life back on track. If recent reports are to be believed then the pro golfer has taken a mortgage of $54.5 million for the luxurious property that he is building in Florida’s exclusive Jupiter Island. The philandering golfer is reported to have filed the legal documents pertaining to the mortgage on August 27 in Martin County in which the date within which he has to re-pay the loan has been cited as January 15, 2016.

The court filings state that the lavish mansion in Jupiter Island, Florida, which is considered to be one of the most expensive and posh residential areas all across United States, spans over a 12 acre site. The sprawling oceanfront property houses a tennis court, several swimming pools, an oxygen therapy room as well as a fitness center, the court documents reveal. The construction work at the property is still under progress and is likely to reach its conclusion by the spring of next year while Tiger Woods is expected to shift his base to the Jupiter Island, Florida mansion by the beginning of next year.

While Tiger Woods is gearing up to move to his lavish Jupiter Island, Florida mansion, his former wife Elin Nordegren is reported to have been planning to relocate somewhere near the island in a separate property as the ex-couple share the joint custody of their two kids Charlie and Sam. Following the divorce, Elin Nordegren is staying in a rented house in Orlando while Tiger Woods has moved to a New York City apartment.
