Abhinav Bindra included in the elite ISSF panel by Nation Rifle Association of India

CHANDIGARH, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com) — The pride of India Abhinav Bindra, who won gold medal in the Beijing Olympic has now been included in the Athletes Committee of the International Shooting Sport Federation.

With the object of development of the sport, Bindra was nominated to the committee by the Nation Rifle Association of India.

Shooters from across the world have voted for Bindra. the election was held at Munich, where the World Championships was organized earlier this year, Bindra’s media manager said today.

At his achievement, the proud father of Bindra said, “Bindra with his vast experience will definitely be an asset to this committee and will positively contribute towards the betterment of the shooting sport,”
