Rocky Mountain Rage sitting out next season
BROOMFIELD, Colo. — The Central Hockey League says the Rocky Mountain Rage are suspending operations for next season, with hopes of competing in the 2010-11 season.
Its players are now free agents.
Management for the minor league team in Broomfield says it is working on reorganizing the business and completing a new ownership agreement and a long-term lease agreement with the Broomfield Event Center, where it plays its games.
