US to play exhibition at Slovakia next month

CHICAGO — The United States will play an exhibition game against Slovakia on Nov. 14 in Bratislava in a World Cup tuneup for both nations.

The match is the first of two games in Europe for the U.S. The other game is Nov. 18 against Denmark in Aarhus.

This will be the first game for the U.S. against Slovakia, which qualified for the World Cup for first time since Czechoslovakia split in 1993.
