OAKLAND, Calif. - The San Diego Chargers drove into Raiders territory midway through the third quarter but Oakland's Michael Huff intercepted a pass by Philip Rivers and the teams did little else on offense and remained tied at 10 after a sloppy third quarter Monday night.
