Bruins Krejci has successful hip surgery
BOSTON — Boston Bruins forward David Krejci’s (KRAY-chee’s) hip surgery was a success.
The Bruins said the surgery took place in New York on Thursday. Krejci will need four to six months to recover.
Krejci was second on the Bruins with 51 assists last season and he led the NHL with a plus-minus rating of plus-37. He scored two goals with six assists in the playoffs.
