Norman, Evert were struggling to live together, say their friends

FLORIDA - Friends say that despite their public displays of affection, golfer Greg Norman and former tennis great Chris Evert, both Hall of Famers, were struggling to live together.
Evert was snapped near her home in Florida yesterday without her flashy diamond and wedding rings, reports the Courier Mail.
While some have said that the tension between Norman’s children and Evert may have contributed to their split after 15 months of reported marital bliss, others say the fallout from the split has deepened, with Evert’s former husband and ex-Olympic skier, Andy Mills, branding the failed relationship “destructive”.
Evert and Norman, who was once Mill’s best mate, married 15 months ago with a two million dollar wedding in the Bahamas. It was Norman’s second marriage and Evert’s third.
The break-ups have shattered a longstanding friendship between the two couples.
“Greg Norman at one time was my best friends, and a year and a half ago I would have taken a bullet for this guy,” Mills said after his divorce.
“I didn’t realise he was the one who was going to pull the trigger,” he added. (ANI)
