JR Celski, Hannah Kearney: Olympic 2010 Highlights

VANCOUVER (GaeaTimes.com)- Hannah Kearney, has a reason to celebrate. After working hard for four years, the 23 year old won the gold medal for skiing. She successfully ran through the rain and down the moguls on Saturday night. The game highlights show how Hannah Kearney efficiently bagged away the gold medal in Olympics 2010. The lady from New Hampshire snatched away the honor which the Canadians were hoping to get.
Apart from Hannah Kearney, J.R. Celski has made his nation proud. J.R. Celski won the Bronze medal in men’s short-track speed skating. This is indeed a great comeback since the young athlete had an injury 5 months back. During Olympics trial at Northern Michigan University, he got severely injured. The star athlete has proved his skills after winning bronze medal in Olympics 2010 after being injured for so long, which highlights his dedication and perseverance. It is reported that J.R. Celski appeared in the competition for the first time after the gruesome injury.
Apart from J.R. Celski who secured the bronze medal, Apolo Ohno from the United States was second in the Men’s 1500 meter short-track event which was held at the Pacific Coliseum. Lee Jung-Su from South Korea got the gold medal in Olympic 2010 for the same.
While Hannah Kearney from U.S secured the Olympic 2010 gold medal in the women’s moguls on Saturday, Jennifer Heil won the silver medal and Shannon Bahrke of the U.S. got the bronze medal. The highlights of Olympic 2010, brings forth the determination and skills of both JR Celski and Hannah Kearney.
