Pak juniors beat national squad in Abu Dhabi T-20 warm-up

ABU DHABI - Pakistan’s junior cricketers have caused embarrassment to their national team by defeating them in a warm-up game ahead of the Twenty20 series against England.
In reply to Pakistan’s score of 143 for 8, Pakistan A batters Mohammad Hafeez and Asad Shafiq set up a seven-wicket victory, achieved with three balls to spare.
Hafeez, who is captaining Pakistan A, was named Man of the Match for his efforts in this game, which included two wickets for only 21 runs in four overs of tight off spin and a vital 41 in Pakistan A’s chase.
Abdul Razzaq and Shoaib Malik were the top scorers for Pakistan with 39 and 32 respectively. (ANI)
