Silvia Mena Sues Redskin’s Albert Haynesworth for Pregnancy

New York (GaeaTimes.com) - Washington Redskin defender Albert Haynesworth is personally tackled by an exotic Brooklyn dancer named Silvia Mena who looks like Salma Hayek. She claimed that Albert has impregnated her some months ago. She is now four months pregnant. She filed a $10 million lawsuit for this incidence.

Silvia Mena claimed in the papers at Brooklyn Supreme Court that he dumped her after romancing and she is pregnant since late February of this year. The papers tell that he has signed $100 million contract with Redskin but he is not ready to pay her medical bills. Silvia told that this incident is very stressful to her and she is crying all the day. Silvia’s lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo said that he was filling $10 million suit on Wednesday at the Brooklyn high court. But any kind of comment was not available from Haynesworth’s side.

Albert met Silvia Mena in the last year in Miami. He reportedly romanced her during the super bowl week and also invited her in his Tennessee home. She also claimed that Albert knocked her up and stopped talking with her since the month of March. It is reported that at the beginning Albert promised to Silvia to give emotional and financial support. After making such kind promises he has refused to give her any sort of support and allegedly abandoned her. He has refused to take any kind of responsibility of Silvia and her unborn child.

The 28 years old Redskin lineman was born in 1981 in South Carolina. In his career he has compiled 66 tackles, five sacks, 31 quarterback pressures, 20 tackles for a loss and nine pass deflections. One of his greatest achievements is that he was elected pro-bowl for 2007 NFL season for the first time.
