Jeffrey Osborne Performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the NBA Finals Game

Los Angeles (GaeaTimes.com) Jeffrey Osborne, performed the USA national Anthem at the first game of the NBA finals between Boston Celtics Vs Los Angeles Lakers. Jeffrey Osborne is a Grammy award winning singer and is also a big fan of Los Angeles Lakers. He is also one of the favorites for Los Angeles Lakers as he has performed at the finals five times for LA Lakers. He was there the past two years, 2009 and 2008 and also in the years 2002, 1988 and 1985.
The final winner of the NBC final will be selected from the best of seven series. The series will continue on Sunday June 6 in Los Angeles. Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and Ron Artest are the leaders for the Lakers. The Boston Celtics are led by Kevin Garnet, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen.
Jeffrey Osborne is known for his American funk type and R&B music. He is former lead singer of the band, L.T.D. and is also a songwriter. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island. He is a part of a musical family and is the youngest of 12 children. He started his music career with L.T.D in 1970. He recorded some hit singles such as (Every Time I Turn Around) Back in Love Again, Concentrate On You, Love Ballad and Holding On (When Love Is Gone). He left L.T.D. in 1980 and started his solo career. He went on to record five gold and platinum albums. His hit album On the Wings of Love was released in 2005.
