South Korea’s Park gets hole-in-1 at Women’s Open
OAKMONT, Pa. — Sun Gyong Park, a South Korean amateur, has made a hole-in-one on the 141-yard, par-3 sixth hole at the U.S. Women’s Open.
Park used an 8-iron at Oakmont Country Club in Pennsylvania for the 21st hole-in-one in U.S. Women’s Open history and the first since 2008.
Park had a bogey 4 on the same hole during her opening-round 80 on Thursday.
She lives in Vail, Ariz.
