ATZENBRUGG - Shiv Kapur turned in a bogey-free six-under 66 to make the half-way cut and be placed tied 28th after the second round of the Austrian Open golf.

The lone Indian in the field, Kapur slotted in six birdies in a show that helped him recover from a four-over 76 on the opening day. His two-round total stood at two-under 142.
He had his first birdie as early as in the third hole. He followed up with another on the seventh to make the turn two-under. On the back-nine Kapur picked up shots on the 11th, 13th and 15th before closing it off in style with a birdie on the 18th.
At the top of the leaderboard, John Parry (67) led the pack with a total of eight-under 136.
