Prior, Ashes rival Siddle to play for same team

LONDON - England wicketkeeper Matt Prior is all set to become a team-mate of his Ashes rival Peter Siddle.
Prior, who was overlooked for the one-day series after the Tests, is poised to sign for Victoria Bushrangers for this winter’s Twenty20 Big Bash event.
Prior, 28, made a century for England in their three-day match against the Bushrangers earlier this month, The Sun reports.
He is likely to play as a specialist batsman because Bushrangers already have a keeper in Matthew Wade.
The move did not stop Siddle ramping up the sledging row by insisting that Prior did ask him outside for a fight.
It followed their Perth row when Siddle bowled Prior after a string of bouncers and the England keeper gestured as though asking him to the car park, The Sun reports.
Siddle said: “Yeah, I think he did. I’d have backed myself!” (ANI)
