Tickets for India - West Indies World Cup match sold out

CHENNAI - Tickets for the ICC World Cup 2011 match featuring India and West Indies were sold out on Wednesday.
The match is scheduled for March 20 and only a few tickets are left.
The man in-charge of ticket sales, G. Ragavendran said, “Tickets are sold out, so no possibility of getting the tickets. People can go for other tickets. In our opinion, they should purchase the tickets as quickly as possible because if they delay it, even those tickets will be sold out,”
Several cricket fans were disappointed, as they would not able to cheer for the home team.
Karthick , a cricket fan said , I came here to get the tickets but couldn’t get the tickets. Tickets for other matches are available. But we want tickets for India’s matches. This time, Indian team is playing well and we want to watch them winning. But the tickets are already sold out. We are really disappointed.”
The price of the tickets range from Rupees 250 to 10,000 ($5.49 - 219.38)
