Woods world ranking heading into a nosedive

LONDON - Former American golfing great Tiger Woods is facing the threat of his world ranking going into a nosedive.
Since he lost his No.1 title to Lee Westwood, Woods has clung on to No.3, with Germany’s Martin Kaymer still above him at No.2, the Daily Express reports.
But as Woods prepares to face Dane Thomas Bjorn tonight in the first round of the WGC Accenture Matchplay in Arizona, he knows time is running out for him to stay inside the top 10. He needs a healthy return from both the Accenture and the Cadillac WGC early next month.
A computer forecast, drawn up exclusively for the Daily Express, predicts that unless he returns to the winner’s enclosure before the end of May, he will fall outside of the top 20. (ANI)
