LONDON - Chelsea skipper John Terry has said that his team is ready to test Manchester United and refused to concede the Premier League crown.
Terry is adamant that Chelsea can still close the 12-point gap at the top of the table.
And he believes even United could buckle under the pressure if they beat them in Tuesday’s Stamford Bridge showdown.
England ace Terry, 30, insisted: “There’s a really small chance we can still win the title but only if we beat United next week.
“Twelve points is a big gap to close but it’s been done before. United did it to Newcastle not so many years ago,” he added.
Terry is confident that Spanish striker Fernando Torres will give Chelsea that extra edge in the battle for Champions League qualification. (ANI)
