Asian Games athletics: Abraham wins gold in 400m men’s hurdles

GUANGZHOU - India’s Joseph Abraham clinched the gold in the men’s 400 metres hurdles at the Asian Games here Thursday.
Abraham clocked his season’s best timing of 49.96 seconds to win India’s fourth gold medal in track and field event.
Bandar Yahya Sharahili (50.29 secs) of Saudi Arabia took silver and Japan’s Naohiro Kawakita bronze (50.37 secs).
