CHASKA, Minn. — Tiger Woods is exactly where he wants to be as he tries to win his first major of the season and 15th of his career. The world’s number-one golfer has a four-shot lead after two rounds of the 91st PGA Championship at Hazeltine outside Minneapolis. Woods is 8-0 in his career when he has the lead in a major after 36 holes. He never has lost a pro tournament when entering the weekend with a four-shot advantage

Defending PGA champion Padraig Harrington, Vijay Singh, Brendan Jones, Ross Fisher and U.S. Open champion Lucas Glover are all tied for second.

Phil Mickelson posted a second straight 2-over 74 and just made the cut by one stroke. He’s 11 shots behind Woods.
