TOKYO - British Formula One racing driver Jenson Button, who is currently leading the F1 charts with 85 points, can wrap up the title in the Brazilian Grand Prix if he finishes third or higher if fellow contender Rubens Barrichello wins.

Button is 14 points clear of Barrichello and 16 points ahead of Red Bull’s driver Sebastian Vettel after the Japanese Grand Prix and only Brazil and Abu Dhabi left. n another scenario, if all three drivers are level on points after the final race, Button would win on count-back, as he has won six races, while Vettel has won three and Barrichello two.

Meanwhile, Button has said that he wont blow his chances of winning the championship like Lewis Hamilton had done two years ago, and added that its his competitors who would be feeling the heat.

Hamilton had a 17-point lead over Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen with two races left in 2007, at the end of the season he missed the crown by one point.

“I won’t blow it like Lewis Hamilton. But, it’s about not making mistakes. That’s the important thing. I don’t feel under pressure. The closer we get to the end of the season, the more pressure there is on the people chasing me,” The Sun quoted Button, as saying.

“I did all I could here and drove the wheels off my car. I’m still leading by 14 points and there’s only two races left. Over the last two races I haven’t lost any points to Rubens, which is good,” he added. (ANI)
