The band, “The Who” performed during the half time of the Super Bowl game, giving the audience a taste of old times. The people who witnessed the band in action at the Super Bowl and those who were acquainted with the band in the 1970s said that the ‘now’ performance had everything it used to have ‘then’. ‘Pinball Wizard’, ‘Won’t get fooled again, ‘Baba O’Reilly’ and ‘Who are you’ are some of the songs that they performed during the show. Reportedly these songs are among the best ones that the band ever created.

For those who don’t yet know, or did not witness the band performance, “The Who” is a rock n’ roll band belonging to the 1970s, which was a highly popular genre at that time. The older generation who were present at the game seemed to have most enjoyed the songs ‘Tommy’ and ’see me’, another of the band’s popular songs. “The Who” performance is being widely sought out by the public who missed out on the game, live or otherwise. The best news is that the video can be accessed from your Xbox Live and from your Wiis too. You can chose from your options of the many video recordings available on the net or the special ‘“The Who” Super Bowl S-Mashup’, a video recording of the band performance that was made by the band members themselves.

However, every performance has its fair share of critics, and “The Who” witnessed nothing different. Some of the self-acclaimed critics present at the Super Bowl said that the band ‘could have performed better’. Well, as they say, it’s all in the ears!
