AUGUSTA, GEORGIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Disgraced golfer Tiger Woods returned to his professional golfing career at the Masters golf tournament 2010, which commenced on Thursday. Anticipation had been ripe about the troubled golfer’s comeback in competitive golf which ultimately took place yesterday as he made a triumphant return to his professional career.
The fans of the ace golfer could not have asked for more as the play that the World No.1 golfer displayed on Thursday was something that can be best described as stunning as the golfer delivered a four-under 68. The feat achieved by Tiger Woods was indeed special as this was the first time in his sixteen appearances at the Masters tournament that he was able to break 70 in the first round of the competition. Moreover, the champion golfer also managed to include in his round two eagles, which was another record that he achieved at the Masters golf tournament 2010. The amazing feat showcased by Tiger Woods in his comeback game enabled him to finish just two strokes behind Fred Couples. Although the troubled golfer might have been a bit perturbed about the kind of reception that he would be receiving from the crowds, the boisterous applause and unending cheers from the golf fans must have given him the boast that he required.
Tiger Woods later added that the reception that he received by the crowd at the Masters golf tournament 2010 was something that was almost unbelievable as he had never heard the crowd cheer so loudly for him at the venue. Tiger Woods’ ease in the golf course at the Masters golf tournament 2010 highlighted his dominance over the game despite the problems confronting his personal life.

To Whom it May Concern: I was totally disappointed in the way Tiger acted on the golf course. I was watching it with my 10 year old grandson and he had to hear Tiger say the F word twice, tell me he is a good role model for kids. You want a role model you should look at Phil M. I would not miss Tiger if he never played golf again, there is a lot of good golfs besides him. |

We are tired of Tiger Wood’s cursing and he has only been back for 3 days. Our grandsons 2 and 4 watch golf with us and it is difficult to explain why he says those words and they can’t. Either quit miking him or tell him to clean up his act. |

In 1996, the year before Tiger Woods, first win in a major championship, there were nine players on the PGA Tour who earned $1m. Last year, 91 earned more than $1m, many of them not even coming close to winning a tour event. Such has been the Woods effect and though many of his rivals will see his return as lessening of their chances at Augusta this week, all will have dreaded the prospect of a prolonged Woods exile from the sport |
