Keith Jardine, Matt Hamill, Court McGee And Chris Leben Receive $25,000 Bonuses

LAS VEGAS (GaeaTimes.com)- The Season 11 finale of The Ultimate Fighter turned out to be a great event and according to the UFC officials who said that the Saturday night finale of the season brought around 1,708 enthusiastic viewers to the Las Vegas’ The Palm where the fighting took place and that the UFC had collected a revenue of $430,250 from the gate receipts. The elated UFC thus provided four imminent fighter of the night with a bonus of $25,000 post-fight. The fighters who received the bonuses were Keith Jardine, Matt Hamill, Court McGee and the Chris Leben.
Though Keith Jardine lost the light heavyweight bout to Matt Hamill there is no denying the fact that the two put in front of the audience a brilliant game. Their bout received the Fight of the Night Award and each was given a bonus of $25,000 apart from the stipulated money that they would receive. For both the fighter it was their second bonus under UFC as they have received the Fight of the Night Award earlier as well.
If Keith Jardine and Matt Hamill got the fight of the Night Award then the veteran Chris Leben was honored with the Knockout of the Night award for his stoppage against Aaron Simpson. Chris Leben took upon Aaron Simpson late in the second round of their bout and as the latter seemed to tire out Chris Leben delivered a flurry of punches that knocked off his opponent completely. The Submission of the Night award was handed over to Court McGee for his brilliant play against Kris McCray. During the bout, Court McGee was able to put his opponent on the back continuously and late in the second round he went for the rear naked choke that was amazingly manipulated.

Herb Dean should be FIRED as a referee for the point deduction of Keith Jardine (Who was winning this fight)! Matt Hamill went to his knees and Herb Dean did not know why. Herb Dean did not call a timeout until Matt Hamill explained that he got poked in the eye. HERB DEAN DID NOT SEE IT!!!!!!! Herb looks in the eye of Matt Hamill and assumes the eye poke is what makes Hamil’s eye red and he says to himself oh this is an eye gouge we must deduct a point from Jardine (Crock Of Shit)! I have never seen a fighter from boxing to MMA call his own timeout drop to his knees without the referee seeing the incident first and than calling a timeout!! Since F….When does the fighter call his own timeout and whistle dixie? The replay was inconclusive to the eye gouge!!!!!!! This is the same shit as Josh Kochek faking the knee to the face shit! MATT HAMILL WAS LOSING THIS FIGHT UP UNTIL THE HEROIC ACTING JOB HE FOOLED EVERYONE WITH. DO THE FIGHTERS DICTATE THE FIGHT????? BULLSHIT!!! |
