San Francisco (GaeaTimes.com) - The 13th Game of NFL championship between Dallas Cowboy and Washington Redskins ended up with an emphatic win for the Redskins. The wild game ended 13-7 in favor of the Redskins. The memorable game ended with a penalty with a touchdown called back. Redskins started their journey with a major win over their all time rivalry with the Cowboys. This game also featured the full fledged play of Donovan McNabb. The coach Mike Shanahan debuted in this match. And what a luck this duo brought to Redskins! It seems that the duo will win many of the upcoming matches in NFL championship.
Basically, the Cowboys were hot favorite for this match. Actually two bad plays forced them to an unfortunate loss. At the end of the first half a miss pass of Tashard Choice gave Redskins a touchdown just a second before the first half end. Cowboy’s first half ended with a shock. The second mistake happened at the end of second half. They started their last drive at 1:50 and as Redskins were marching to gain a touchdown Roy Williams were caught in holding penalty. But on the other hand Redskins have played quite emphatically and they were the one to win the match. Though they got some lucky touchdowns, but still they had made those counts.
McNabb has played quite fantastically and surely he will be one of the key players of his team in this championship. Before signing to Redskins he was in Cowboys. All the fans were eager to see how he will do against his ex-team mates. But McNabb has got through this and surely his fans have got some message out of his play. He now trails Romo, 5-3, when the two quarterbacks go head-to-head. Romo completed 31 of 41 passes and ran 282 wards for the Cowboys.
