Jeev finishes tied 42nd in Dubai Golf

DUBAI - Jeev Milkha Singh had a rough day with a three-over 75 and slipped to tied 42nd at the end of the Dubai Desert Classic Golf Sunday.
Alvaro Quiros played a wild round, which included an eagle, a hole in one, a triple bogey, one bogey and four birdies for a 68 to win the Dubai Desert Classic. The 70th-ranked Quiros shot a 68 to finish at 11-under 277, one stroke ahead of Anders Hansen and James Kingston.
Tiger Woods started the day one off the lead but with a 74, he ended in a tie for 20th and his 15th-month-long title drought continued. Woods had a 75 to end tied for 20th at 4-under 284.
