Nasri signs new five-year 26 million pound deal with Arsenal

LONDON - Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri has agreed to a new five-year deal to stay at the Emirates Stadium worth at least 26 million pounds or over 100,000 pounds a week.
Nasri, who had 18 months left on his previous contract of around 60,000 pounds a week, has emerged as Arsenal’s attacking leader in the first half of this season, the Sun reports.
The 23-year-old has picked up 14 goals, including nine in the Premier League.
He has also managed two goals in Arsenal’s run to the Carling Cup final, which will see them take on Birmingham City at Wembley tomorrow.
In all competitions for Arsenal, Nasri has made 108 appearances and has scored 26 goals in total. (ANI)
