San Francisco (GaeaTimes.com) - NCAA Basketball Tournament 2010 Scores are now highly sought after items as the 16 opening round games have been played around the country today. Here are some updates on the scores of the NCAA Basketball Tournament 2010.
The score that shocked many was Murray State over Vanderbilt on a last seconds shot by Danero Thomas at the buzzer.
Kansas scored 90 against Lehigh’s 74 and started their journey with an opening win. By the way, if you didn’t know, lemme tell you that Kansas is Obama’s pick as this year’s winner.
Villanova University was highly seeded for this NCAA Basketball Tournament 2010 and they won against Robert Morris University. The game was very close and they won in the overtime by only three point margin with 73-70.
Old Dominion has beaten Notre Dam in a very very close and wild game. They won 51-50 as the Keyon Carter made two free throws when only ten seconds were left. The last four points scored by Notre Dame’s Luke Harangody was not enough for their win.
The match at Oklahoma City between Northern Iowa and Nevada Las Vegas ended 69-66 respectively.
Ohio made their first NCAA tournament win in almost thirty years as they stunned Georgetown 97-83. It was quite sure that Ohio is going to win this match as they were 48-36 ahead in the halftime and Georgetown could not come back that much after the break.
In another match Tennessee beat San Diego State 62-59 making their day at the Providence.
