DEHRADUN (GaeaTimes.com)- It is not only cricket enthusiasts, fans of Mahendra Singh Dhoni or the cricket fraternity that is in a celebratory mood as the captain of Indian Cricket team Mahendra Singh Dhoni moves to tie knot with Aurangabad girl Sakshi Singh Rawat tonight, but also the Bollywood fraternity of which many stars took to Twitter to wish the captain a happy married life with his chosen partner.

The list of stars who wished Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Twitter is long. From legendary playback singer Asha Bhosle to Bollywood heartthrob Shilpa Shetty and Bipasha Basu who all posted their wishes for the Indian Cricket team capital on twitter. Shilpa Shetty Kundra wrote on her Twitter post “Congratulations in order to Mahi and Sakshi, wishing them all the happiness and marital bliss forever”. Bipasha Basu who had shared screen space with Mahendra Singh Dhoni for a Reebok commercial, posted her wish on Twitter saying that she wishes the couple very happy life together. She also added that she is sad about the fact that she could not make it to the marriage ceremony that is being held in Dehradun.

However, after the declaration of the marriage of Mahendra Singh Dhoni with childhood friend Sakshi Singh Rawat, the Twitter not only became the place for wishing the couple but also for some other kinds of discussions as well. Bipasha Basu who is a close friend of Mahendra Singh Dhoni said that the decision of marriage by the captain of Indian Cricket team to his childhood friend was not taken all of a sudden but that it was planned months ago. She also added that it was only that the media had no inkling of it.
