LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The latest reports suggest that Anthony Randoph of the Warriors is heading to the New York Knicks. He has been traded by the Golden State Warriors to the New York Knicks for David Lee. David Lee has been taken in by the Golden State Warriors to end their rebound woes but according to some experts the move may not be very beneficial to the team. The Golden State Warriors are also awaiting the decision of LeBron James like the rest of the teams.

According to most speculations and experts, LeBron James is headed for the New York Knicks. However no final announcement has been made and till it is, the other sides are keeping their hopes alive. For the Golden State Warriors David Lee will be the right player to end the team’s bad run in the earlier season. Anthony Randolph will most probably be joined by Ronny Turiaf and swingman Kellena Azubuike in the trade-off.

David Lee, who will come in for Anthony Randolf, is also expected to strengthen the defense of the Golden State Warriors but looking at his performance in the last season, some experts believe that he may not be able to stop the likes of Pau Gasol and Kobe Bryant. Anthony Randolph has been an excellent rebounder for the Golden State Warriors so far and at 21 he is expected to gain more strength and quality in his game. Veteran David Lee on the other hand is expected to be fit another 2-3 years only. Considering that both David lee and Anthony Randolph are great rebounders, the trade is not expected to enhance the rebounding of the Golden gate warriors but only add a bigger name in the roster.
