Steelers LB Frazier out for the season
LATROBE, Pa. — Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Andre Frazier will miss the season after being placed on the injured reserve list with a knee injury.
Frazier has appeared in 60 games with the Steelers and Bengals since 2005, including 29 with Pittsburgh the last two seasons while playing mostly on special teams.
To replace Frazier, the Steelers signed Brandon Renkart, who has been on the practice squad of the Jets, Cardinals and Colts since 2008. He initially signed with the Jets as a free agent.
