CWG athletics: Gowda wins silver in discus with season’s best throw

NEW DELHI - India’s Vikas Gowda won the silver in men’s discus with the season’s best throw of 63.69m at the Commonwealth Games here Sunday.
Australia Benn Harradine won the gold with a throw of 65.45m while England’s Carl Andrew Myeracough (60.64m) got the bronze.
