Styris named New Zealand captain for Hong Kong Super Sixes

AUCKLAND - New Zealand all-rounder Scott Styris will lead the country’s challenge in next month’s Super Sixes in Hong Kong.
Styris has recovered from a partial stress fracture of the back, which had forced him to miss the recent ODI series in Bangladesh, Stuff.co.nz reports.
He will be joined by experienced Daryl Tuffey and Nathan McCullum, and young talents such as all-rounder Harry Boam and Logan van Beek.
Besides New Zealand, teams from Australia, India, England, Pakistan, Hong Kong, South Africa and Sri Lanka will take part in the tournament that will be held on November 6 and 7.
The Black caps will compete in the preliminary round alongside India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
The teams for the tournament comprises of six players with one substitute.
