LONDON - Shamed football star Andy Carroll has turned to religion after claims he took part in a wild orgy.

The relaxed-looking Newcastle striker wore a T-shirt by the trendy brand as he strolled down the city’s Quayside yesterday.

Andy Carroll, 21, has been accused of taking part in a three-in-a-bed romp at 28-year-old Toon skipper Kevin Nolan’s house, the Daily Star reports.

Newcastle boss Chris Hughton, 51, said: “He is a young man, he has made mistakes, but he has got to make sure he learns from those mistakes, and I am quite sure he will.” (ANI)
