Terry eyeing early return after miracle recovery

LONDON - Chelsea skipper John Terry could be back in action in just a few days after fears were expressed that it could take several months for his injury to heal.
Terry, who feared he could be out for weeks or months with sciatica, is now eyeing a return after a flying visit to a specialist in Milan.
“I spoke to John and he’s optimistic. I think we can move on this problem quickly and get him in the right condition to play,” club boss Carlo Ancelotti said.
The England defender could even play against Zilina in the Champions League on Tuesday.
“There was good news from the visit in Italy - it’s a tight muscle, which we have to relax, so the nerve can move without problem,” The Sun quoted Ancelotti, as saying.
“It means we have to look at his situation day by day. Today he has pain and will not be involved in the game but maybe it can happen the next game he will be able to play,” he said. (ANI)
