Team India sweat it out in World Cup preparatory camp in Bangalore

BANGALORE - With their eyes set on the upcoming World Cup, the Indian team got down to a rigorous three-hour practice session at Bangalore’s Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday.
Players including captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh and Virender Sehwag took to nets session on the fourth and final day of the team’s World Cup preparatory camp.
Experienced fast bowler Zaheer Khan, who will be spearheading the pace attack, was missing from the nets as rest of the team sweated it out.
Off-spinner Harbhajan Singh, who was missing from the Friday’s practice session, was seen testing both his bowling and batting skills.
The Indian team is scheduled to play Australia in its first warm-up match in Bangalore on February 13. (ANI)
