Bolts rookie Vasquez misses second straight game
SAN DIEGO — Rookie right guard Louis Vasquez joined running back LaDainian Tomlinson on the San Diego Chargers’ inactive list for Sunday’s game against Miami.
Vasquez, who sprained a knee in the season-opener, missed his second straight game. Tomlinson, who sprained his right ankle in the opener, also missed his second straight game.
Brandyn Dombrowski started his second straight game in place of Vasquez, and Darren Sproles started again in place of Tomlinson. Scott Mruczkowski started his second straight game in place of center Nick Hardwick, who had ankle surgery on Wednesday and is expected to miss eight weeks.
The Dolphins had no changes in their starting lineup.
